If you plan to use your insurance for session reimbursement, we recommend contacting your insurance company in advance to inquire about your out-of-network benefits. You may want to ask about specific CPT codes, such as 90834 (individual therapy), 90847 (patient + family therapy), and 90853 (group therapy).

We can provide you with a superbill for submission to your insurance provider upon request.

Therapy session lengths may vary depending on your needs and preferences, typically ranging from 45 to 60 minutes. The frequency of sessions will be determined collaboratively between you and your therapist, based on your treatment goals and progress.

This policy ensures that we can effectively manage our schedules and continue to provide quality care to all our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
