Accepting New Clients
Hi, I’m Thomas! I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and a dedicated psychotherapist with a strong passion for working with adolescents and young adults. I deeply believe in the power of self-discovery and the importance of developing a strong, authentic sense of identity. My focus is to guide individuals in developing greater self-awareness, confidence, and emotional resilience as they navigate the complexities of growing up.
In my work, I create a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where young people can feel completely safe and supported as they explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I understand that adolescence and young adulthood can be challenging, filled with uncertainties, and sometimes difficult emotions. That’s why I am here to provide the support, guidance, and strategies that help individuals cope with life’s ups and downs.
Along with working directly with individuals, I also offer a collaborative approach with parents. I believe that family dynamics play a crucial role in a young person’s mental health journey, and I offer practical tools and techniques to strengthen communication and understanding within the family. By working together, we can foster healthier relationships that promote mutual respect and support.
My goal is to empower both young people and their families to develop the emotional tools, coping strategies, and communication skills needed to build healthier relationships and flourish in life. Every journey toward healing is unique, and I’m committed to walking alongside you as we face challenges, celebrate personal growth, and work toward a brighter, more confident future.
I look forward to joining you on this transformative journey toward connection, healing, and personal empowerment!

Play Therapy: By using play as a therapeutic tool, I create a safe environment for younger clients to express their feelings and experiences, allowing them to process emotions in a developmentally appropriate way.
Attachment-Based Therapy: I focus on strengthening the parent-child relationship by addressing attachment styles and improving emotional connections, which are crucial for healthy development.
Family Systems Therapy: This modality involves the whole family, emphasizing the dynamics and interactions within the family unit to foster better communication and understanding.
Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques: I teach children and adolescents mindfulness practices to help them manage anxiety and stress, promoting emotional regulation and self-awareness.
Narrative Therapy: This approach encourages clients to tell their stories, helping them reframe their experiences and build a sense of agency in their lives.
