Accepting New Clients

Hi, I’m Thomas! As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and dedicated psychotherapist, I specialize in working with adolescents, and young adults. My passion is helping individuals develop greater self-awareness and confidence in embracing their true selves, fostering a strong sense of identity.

I provide a warm and compassionate environment where young people can feel safe to express themselves. I also collaborate with parents, offering support and strategies to enhance communication and understanding within the family.

My goal is to empower both children and parents to build healthier relationships and develop the skills they need to thrive. Together, we can face challenges and celebrate personal growth.

I look forward to joining you on this journey toward connection and healing!

    • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): This evidence-based approach helps children and adolescents identify and challenge negative thought patterns, enabling them to develop healthier coping strategies.

    • Play Therapy: By using play as a therapeutic tool, I create a safe environment for younger clients to express their feelings and experiences, allowing them to process emotions in a developmentally appropriate way.

    • Attachment-Based Therapy: I focus on strengthening the parent-child relationship by addressing attachment styles and improving emotional connections, which are crucial for healthy development.

    • Family Systems Therapy: This modality involves the whole family, emphasizing the dynamics and interactions within the family unit to foster better communication and understanding.

    • Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques: I teach children and adolescents mindfulness practices to help them manage anxiety and stress, promoting emotional regulation and self-awareness.

    • Narrative Therapy: This approach encourages clients to tell their stories, helping them reframe their experiences and build a sense of agency in their lives.
